Essential supplies are minimal.  You can find the basics in most craft stores and the more exotic on numerous websites.

How to Make Simple Bead Earrings

Start simple.  All you will need are 2 head pins, 2 ear wires, beads and/or spacers of your choice, and a pair of round-nose pliers.

Step 1 – Thread some beads on the head pins. (Headpins resemble nails and are available in different sizes and thickness). Experiment with colors, sizes and spacers until you like your design.

Step  2 – Use a pair of round-nose pliers to bend the head pens 90 degrees.
